Job Description

: The Property Manager will be an on-site representative responsible for assisting the Regional Manager with day-to-day operations of our mobile home park. This is a part-time role that involves a variety of tasks to help maintain the community, support residents, and manage the property efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Post notices, violations, and other communications within the community.
• Assist in renting out available spaces, including showing properties and handling inquiries.
• Meet with contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services, ensuring work is completed satisfactorily.
• Conduct regular inspections of the community to ensure compliance with park rules and standards.
• Address resident concerns and escalate issues to the Regional Manager as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing reports and maintaining records.
• Support in organizing community events and fostering a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repairs is a plus.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, with some physical tasks involved.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
