Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Associate at Willow Ridge in Asheville, NC. Responsibilities include: * Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents. * Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents. * Greets prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications. * Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments. * Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents. Preferred Candidate Attributes: * An assertive go-getter with the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast paced environment. * Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems. -Dependable and flexible! -Ability to recognize areas of improvement and work closely in a team environment. * Ability to relate to people and enjoy customer service. * Other Criteria: * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software. * Be able to make a difference! * MRI experience preferred but not required. * Tax credit experience preferred but not required.
