Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has a great career opportunity on our Thalhimer Multifamily team. We are seeking a Leasing Associate at Willow Ridge in Asheville, NC.

Responsibilities

include:

• Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents.
• Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents.
• Greets prospective residents, show vacant/model apartments and takes applications. Assists in the timely processing of applications.
• Assists the Community Manager with a number of on-going administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments.
• Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents. Preferred Candidate Attributes:
• An assertive go-getter with the ability to multi-task and deal with a fast paced environment.
• Possess an extreme attention to detail and ability to solve problems. -Dependable and flexible! -Ability to recognize areas of improvement and work closely in a team environment.
• Ability to relate to people and enjoy customer service.
• Other Criteria:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook and have experience with property management software.
• Be able to make a difference!
• MRI experience preferred but not required.
