This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a customer- facing, fast-paced environment. You'll receive digital leads directly into your CRM, have the ability to sell on-site, respond to online inquiries, and even drive new opportunities through platforms like Facebook Marketplace and local advertising. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training to set you up for success at our Corporate Headquarters in Montgomery, Indiana. Responsibilities include : * Following up with inbound leads from online marketing channels * Delivering quotes and processing orders using our quoting system * Handling in-person and phone-based sales conversations * Managing CRM tasks and communication workflows * Responding to inquiries from social media and local advertising * Attending monthly company Zoom meetings * Representing Raber's products and brand with professionalism and integrity What We 're Looking For * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, CRM platforms) * Solid math skills for generating accurate quotes * Social media confidence and digital responsiveness * Self-motivated and organized * Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation * Valid Driver's License required Position Details * Hours : 28-32 hours/week (with some scheduling flexibility) * Shift : 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Pay : $12.00/hour base + 7% commission on sales * Location : On-site at Richmond, IN lot * Type : Part-Time (30+ hrs/week) Ready to Join the Team?
