In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through warm calling, promoting our technology sales solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a background in telemarketing or technical sales. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and understand market trends will be essential in driving our sales efforts. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our software solutions and services. * Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and update client information. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets. * Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve marketing strategies and product offerings. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Qualifications * Previous experience in technology sales or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Understanding of market trends related to software solutions is advantageous. * A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
