If you have experience performing onsite estimates for moving services, we want to talk to you! Priority is given to candidates who possess their own connections within the moving industry. We are looking to hire a positive, self-motivated, competitive, well-spoken Moving Sales Estimator with the ability to persuade customers to choose our service. This is a fast-paced phone and in-person sales environment with an emphasis on closing. You must have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal. We are looking for friendly, responsible, and dependable sales professionals to grow along with our company. Role Description and Pay This is a flexible hybrid-remote position for a Moving Sales Estimator. We pay a very competitive high percentage commission paid monthly with tiered multipliers with UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL! You will be provided with training to give you the product knowledge necessary about our service and industry, as we also train you on our easy-to-use CRM software program. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Travel to job sites and office as necessary - Perform on-time, on-site surveys - Accurately estimate the cost of jobs to potential customers - Build estimates within our CRM software system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation of solutions - Adheres to company pricing guidelines and standards - Continually develops, creates, and manages a robust sales pipeline - Meets or beats performance standards and objectives - Follows up consistently with all prospects until decisions are made - Remains in contact with customers to help support service needs, answer questions, or resolve issues throughout the relocation process -All other duties as assigned Qualifications * Customer Service and Communication skills * Sales experience preferred * Project Estimation expertise * Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities * Detail-oriented and organized * Previous experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus Job Type: Contract Pay: $52,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Referral program Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Morning shift * No nights Work Location: Hybrid remote in North Las Vegas, NV 89081
