You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in getting the best deals!
• Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support as needed.
• Supervise junior staff members when required, fostering a positive team environment. Experience
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse customers.
• Strong phone etiquette skills are essential for handling customer inquiries effectively.
