Full description of the position

We 're looking for an energetic, high-energy teammate to support our live auction hosts--and, after training, run your own shows! We sell designer fashion and premium-brand clothing and accessories via live online auctions. Responsibilities * Assist in organizing and preparing for live shows * Fill in on-air during host breaks or other tasks (training period) * After training, run your own shows on your assigned shifts * Be open to occasional day shifts during your training period * Safely lift and move up to 25 lbs in our warehouse environment Qualifications * High-energy personality --this is a fast-paced, exciting role! * Excellent computer and organizational skills * Friendly, camera-ready presence with a great sense of humor * Comfortable using Windows PCs, tablets, and smartphones * Thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and pick up new processes quickly * Excellent written and verbal communication * Detail-oriented, well-organized, motivated, and eager to learn Requirements * Reliable commute to our Apex office (near I-540) * Availability for afternoon/evening shifts only (start at 3 PM or later) * Sunday shifts are mandatory * Able to work at least 20 hours per week Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $17 - $25 / hour (first 160 show-hours @ $17/hr training rate; then based on experience) * Discount on all our designer goods * Flexible schedule within our shift window * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Clear growth path into full-time hosting roles Schedule * Afternoons & Evenings only (all shifts start at or after 3 PM) * Sunday shifts are required * 4-6 days per week, minimum 20 hours total Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Night shift Work Location: In person
