Who You Are * Experienced & Licensed: You are an Advanced Esthetician ideally with some experience or a very quick learner and you're licensed in Nevada. We offer Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio Frequency skin tightening, EMS treatments and more. * Client-Focused & Sales-Savvy: You're skilled at selling and keeping clients engaged with their skincare goals over time. * Warm & Magnetic Personality: You make clients feel welcomed, understood, and excited to come back. Your energy stands out in the best way. * Organized & Dependable: You can manage bookings, maintain detailed charts, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. * Flexible & Reliable: You're available to work mostly week days but some evenings and weekends, and you have dependable transportation. What You 'll Do * Deliver Top-Notch Treatments: Perform non-invasive body and skin services like Ultrasonic Cavitation, RF Heat, EMS, dermaplaning, peels, and microdermabrasion and more. * Sell with Confidence: Promote and sell monthly memberships and product bundles that help clients achieve and maintain their results. * Educate & Support Clients: Offer expert advice and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique goals. * Keep It Clean: Maintain a sanitary, professional, and inviting treatment space. * Stay On Top of It All: Handle charting, bookings, follow-ups, and communication with ease. What We 're Looking For * A licensed Advanced Esthetician in Nevada. Experience in a spa is a + but we will train you if you are a quick learner. * Confident in your ability to sell. Selling memberships, packages and products is required with this position * Ability to build lasting relationships with clients * Confidence with the latest non-invasive techniques for fat loss and skin tightening * Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and loves contributing to a positive workplace vibe Compensation & Perks * Hourly Pay: $23-$26/hour (or more), which includes tips and commissions * Extra Income: Our team members often earn $1,000 -$3,000/month in commissions and tips * Flexible Schedule: Approximately 20-30 hours per week to start with some nights and weekends. * Paid Time Off * Professional Growth: Be part of a supportive, high-energy team where your success is recognized and rewarded TO APPLY: Send your resume and a brief cover letter or note that highlights your aesthetics experience and sales.
