This position supports our mission through driving new provider partner development within the Revere Medical Network (Affiliate Network) through outreach to prospective partner providers and practices. This role is critical to developing a healthy sales pipeline and contributes directly to Revere's continued growth and patient impact reach. You should have a strong desire to learn, iterate, and grow in a role that can be challenging and rewarding. You should possess the required skills, traits, and experience to successfully execute the following: Operating Responsibilitie s Manage against a target list to creatively search for prospective Affiliate partner provider contact information Initiate contact with potential partner clinics through cold or warm outreach via telephone, email, and other forums Create relationships with potential partner clinics to identify their potential needs Discuss the Revere Medical Network offering and key benefits to Affiliates Move leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a field sales representative or the VP of Network Development, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls Represent Revere's services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of our services and offering for our affiliate network partners Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage a field sales representative or the VP of Network Development for next steps Identify best practices to refine and improve the company's lead generation processes Track and document pipeline development outcomes from potential partners that do not move forward in the sales process Specialized Knowledge and Skills Experience in sales, marketing, or business development Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills Good time management and analytical skills Good telephone etiquette, computer literacy skills, and in-person etiquette An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open and friendly manner Experience in business development within the healthcare industry is a nice to have, but not a requirement Willingness to work from home, while hitting outreach quotas Education Bachelor's Degree Travel Ad hoc; maximum up to 10% local (Massachusetts) Why Revere Medical: Revere Medical gives new life to clinics in need of tools resources, and support so they can start delivering the personalized care their communities deserve.
