• Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
• Use digital tools and mobile technology to deliver a seamless, professional customer experience
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, system upgrades, and long-term value
• Manage leads and track progress using internal systems and CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with service and installation teams to ensure exceptional follow-through
• Represent our brand with honesty, professionalism, and integrity

What You Bring

:

• Experience in residential or in-home sales (HVAC/home services preferred)
• A high level of integrity and a customer-first mindset
• Comfort working with tech platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach
