Overview: Summary Statement: The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for personalizing an original, slightly unconventional retail experience that is sure to surprise and delight. The special sales techniques of the Sales Associate will pique guests' curiosity and indulge their passions in our bustling urban neighborhood. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all laws and regulations, as well as Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures. Job Duties: Primary Job Duties: - Includes, but is not limited to: * Assist customers with purchasing merchandise, including alcoholic beverages/products. * Assist with store recovery and stock room organization. * Cross-perform in all assigned areas to ensure that merchandise sizing, ticketing and presentation are to company standards. * Handle all customer issues in a friendly and helpful way, calling a member of the store operations team when needed. * Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing. * Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to: * Ability to process transactions using our POS terminals. * Ability to effectively communicate in English. * Excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Preferred: * Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Minimum Education and Experience: * At least 21 years of age. * High School diploma or equivalent. * Minimum six months of Customer Service experience. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations : * Proof of eligibility to work in the United States * Ability to obtain the following: * Alcohol Awareness Card * Non-Gaming Card
