We seek a Membership Sales - Spa Front Desk interested in growing with us. We pride ourselves on our positive and gratifying work environment and are looking for a dynamic , outgoing team player to join our team. Benefits/Perks: * $15-16 BASE guaranteed hourly-KPI performances average pay to increases to hourly of $18-$22 * Flexible work hours * Employee massage benefits at a reduced cost for your health and wellness * Professional work environment in a spa-like atmosphere Responsibilities: * SALES- Massage Heights memberships to first-time guests and upsell existing members * Greet guests and members in person and on the phone with a welcoming attitude * Schedule appointments and guide guests to appropriate therapists to meet their needs * Demonstrate ability to achieve both individual and team sales goals * Ability to work in a team environment to meet the goals of the business Qualifications: * MUST have STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE with a TRACK RECORD! * MUST have strong knowledge of SPA software or ability to learn advanced software quickly * Excellent guest service and communication skills * Experience with FAST PACED work environments * Overall Fast learner with a positive, energetic attitude * Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution * MUST be available to work varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.)
