Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic agent to join our team. You'll act as a client's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly Responsibilities: Agent Responsibilities * Coordinate efforts to negotiate the property sale between the buyer and seller, or listing agent to achieve the desired results * Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home * Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close * Follow up with team-provided leads promptly and consistently * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in CRM * Schedule, conduct, and attend buyer and seller consultations, showings, open houses, and client meetings * Provide excellent client service from initial consultation through closing * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and expectations Qualifications: Minimum Requirements * Active Nevada Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining) * 1+ year of successful experience as a buyer's agent or DRIVEN with relevant real estate experience * Ability to work full-time, independently, and manage time effectively * Great communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and demeanor * Willingness to follow proven systems and processes and deliver excellent customer service * Team Player with a focus on increasing sales for the entire Team * Valid US driver's license with reliable personal transportation * Preferred Qualifications (not required, but a PLUS) * 3+ years of successful experience as a Realtor * Experience working with CRMs, online lead generation systems, and other technologies * Bilingual (including Spanish and other languages) About Company The Nathan Petrosian Real Estate Team , operating under Realty ONE Group , ranked the #1 real estate brand in the world, with over 20,000 real estate professionals in 450+ locations across 49 US states and 24 different countries, is a fast-growing and dynamic real estate team committed to delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the Las Vegas area.
