Pay Rate: $22 DOE Job Description: The Property Assistant Manager works closely and communicates regularly with vendors and tenants. Must enjoy and be comfortable with multi tasking. Must be organized and thorough in record keeping. Must be bilingual, friendly and enjoy working in a small close knit office. Duties Include but are not limited to: - Answer phones and greet guests in lobby and respond to needs. -Addresses and promptly resolves questions, requests, and complaints from tenants. - Respond to emails, maintenance requests and other forms of inquiries/communication. -Manages records and files of current tenants. - Schedule approved vendors and follow up for completion of work. -Coordinate schedules for maintenance staff for occupied and vacant units -Processes rent payments and inquires about late payments -Inspects property on a regular basis to assess condition of buildings and grounds, and to ensure that empty units are ready for new tenants - Scheduling yearly inspections and assist in weekly and monthly inspections. Must have at least 2 year of experience in property management and administrative support.
