Overview Element Tree Essentials is a woman owned and operated boutique brand specializing in handcrafted lotion candles and aromatherapy products. We're looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative/Street Team Member. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. * Participate in events, shows, and pop-up's around the Charleston area. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers. * Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. * Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service. * Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Passion for locally made sustainable products. * Reliable transportation to travel around Charleston.
