Overview

Element Tree Essentials is a woman owned and operated boutique brand specializing in handcrafted lotion candles and aromatherapy products. We believe in creating unique, high-quality products that inspire relaxation and elevate everyday moments. We're looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative/Street Team Member. If you're passionate about self-care, enjoy connecting with people, and love sharing Charleston's local charm, this is the perfect role for you!

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Participate in events, shows, and pop-up's around the Charleston area.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively inform customers.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for locally made sustainable products.
