Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and effectively assisting customer determine what they want to build that will fit within city ordinances. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the new construction industry, and willingness to learn ADU rules/regulations. Responsibilities * Develop and manage a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service. * Follow-up on previous estimates. * Collaborate with the construction management to strategize on build management and sales initiatives. * Engage in inside sales activities, responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions tailored to their needs. * Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, with proof of strong closing skills. * Strong skills in new construction. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to perform site visits effectively to showcase features and benefits. * Experience in direct sales is highly desirable. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
