Responsibilities * Outside Sales * Build and maintain relationships with key contacts including property managers, C-level executives, and other facility professionals * Participate in industry association meetings and networking events * Must be readily available to handle client emergencies involving fire or water damage Position Requirements * This opportunity is for those seeking a lasting career, not a temporary job * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients at all levels. * Customer service, sales or property management experience is a Plus * Team player * Bilingual is a Plus (Spanish) * Reliable vehicle * Valid driver's license Benefits * Mileage reimbursement * Company cell phone Schedule: This is a full-time position.
