Our solutions are specifically designed to meet the critical needs of emergency managers in municipalities, schools, healthcare facilities, and various industries, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security. * What you 'll do: Partner with Leadership * Manage the sales pipeline and book of business in line with revenue and margin targets. * Provide a compelling perspective of the customer journey, helping drive revenue. * Attract and retain top accounts in the Security Services and Mass Notification industries. Motivate, inspire, and mentor team members to excel and improve HQE Systems selling methodologies. * Achieve key success metrics related to the effective conversion of the sales pipeline. Discovery and Scoping of Products & Services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading discovery sessions and creation of sales opportunities) for fee-based custom services engagements. * Drive and ensure timely, successful scoping of products and services for new and existing clients. * Manage multiple prospect and client initiatives simultaneously. Client Services Projects * Provide oversight on the transition of active projects to the operations department. * Manage own bandwidth and priorities across multiple client initiatives. * Attain mastery over and become a subject expert in HQE Systems services engagements. * Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and project success. * Facilitate internal services team relationships and develop strong relationships with key clients. What we 're looking for: * 5+ years of Project Management / Account Management/ Software Implementation Consulting experience. * Experience leading the selling and scoping activities for large-scale software & hardware implementation projects. SaaS experience is a plus. * Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM * Exceptional listening, presentation, and writing skills. * Proven ability to multitask, managing multiple concurrent priorities and initiatives. * Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus a history of managing customer expectations and negotiating appropriate resolutions to issues. * Able to inspire and articulate product and service value to HQE Systems customers. * Successful candidates will be goal- and results-oriented, innovative, persuasive, creative, and optimistic, and they will have a genuine curiosity about our clients' businesses. * A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. * Ability to travel up to 25%
