Part time Community Manager needed for affordable apartment community in Holly Springs, NC. The ideal candidate is an experienced leasing professional with knowledge of housing regulations. Must be able to deliver excellent customer service, maintain a solutions-focused approach to challenges, and remain calm under pressure. Ability to follow instructions, be receptive to training, and maintain a well-organized and efficient office is required. Candidate is expected to demonstrate leadership qualities as part of the on-site team and foster a positive environment. Credit, criminal and pre-employment and periodic drug screening required.
