Dewey Pest and Termite Control is the largest family-owned pest management company in California. We are seeking a goal-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record to join our Dewey team. As a Sales Manager, you will be a part of our dedicated workforce that provides commitment, quality of service and satisfaction to all our clients since 1929. Job Description: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, set targets and ensure that goals are met. You will create month-end sales data reports, highlighting key performance metrics, such as volume, revenue and team performance. * Provide training, support and feedback to sales team members to help them improve their skills and performance. * Monitor the team's sales performance and address any issues or challenges. * Conduct meetings with the sales team no less than 1x per month. * Collaborate with senior management to develop regional sales strategies and ensure alignment with overall company goals. * Develop relationships with clients in the region to build a strong sales pipeline. Qualifications: * Sales and management background. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Branch II Field Rep license with a minimum of 2 years in the pest control industry. * AIB certification preferred. * Experience with 3rd party audit accounts. * Computer experience, i.e. word, excel, power point, etc. * Demonstrate a safe driving record from the CA DMV * Pass a background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * pest control: 2 years (Required) * sales: 1 year (Required) * management: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Branch II License (Required) Work Location: On the road
