Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, collaborating with internal teams, senior executives, creative professionals, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution. * Support business growth by using research, building strong professional relationships, and following up on warm leads to discover new opportunities. * Lead all phases of the annual business planning process for accounts, including budgeting, developing business plans, creating scorecards, and executing plan adjustments as needed. * Accurately document and maintain customer information in the company database to ensure consistency and data integrity. * Deliver timely, accurate, and personable follow-up to clients, reinforcing strong customer relationships and satisfaction. * Enhance customer retention by investigating and resolving issues promptly, offering effective solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to increase renewal rates. * Manage weekly payment processing and generate comprehensive reports to support financial accuracy and operational transparency. * Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting team and company goals. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree ideally in business administration, marketing, or communications * At least 6 months worth of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the B2B sector * Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Clear, confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills * Sharp eye for detail; accuracy is second nature * Proven ability to prioritize, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
