Job description Position Title: West Memphis, Arkansas area: Automotive F&I Manager Summary Selling Finance and Insurance products to vehicle purchasers. Core

Duties

• Sell F&I Products with an expectation of $2,000+ PVR, minimum. Must menu sell. Training available.
• Participate in consistent training program.
• Complete customer paperwork.
• Identify areas of efficiency or improvement within existing policies and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Ensure Federal and State compliance when dealing with customers and their private information.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years F&I Management experience
• Open to F&I rookies with ambition that wants to take our training program and excel in a great environment. Additional

and Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Menu Selling experience preferred,
• Working knowledge of F&I Best Practices required
• Communication skills (both written and verbal), including specifically: the ability to make presentations to customers Certificates and Licenses
• AFIP Certified F&I Professional preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License required Physical
