As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This is a part-time position based in Sunrise. Responsibilities: - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units - Assist applicants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and rent payments - Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating online listings and promoting available units through various channels - Conduct market research to stay informed about rental rates, competitor offerings, and market trends Skills: - Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Familiarity with leasing contracts and rental laws/regulations - Proficient in data entry and file management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
