Why Join Us? * Competitive hourly + commission (starting at $18/hr) * Paid training, ongoing development & mentorship * Free monthly stretches & retail discounts * Employer-sponsored 401(k) plan * A consistent weekly schedule starting at 20+ hours per week with opportunity to expand up to 35+ hours based on performance * Strong career growth potential--be part of a community-focused small business backed by the industry leader in boutique fitness (Xponential Fitness) What You 'll Do: * Drive membership sales by engaging with potential clients and booking intro stretch sessions via phone, email and text * Deliver best-in-class client service to current and prospective members * Manage the front desk , greet clients, and provide a welcoming studio experience * Conduct studio tours and educate visitors on the benefits of assisted stretching * Drive monthly sales goals and follow up with leads and missed intro sessions to maximize conversions * Participate in community events (health fairs, races, corporate wellness, etc) to build brand awareness * Open and/or close the studio as a keyholder , ensuring all security and cleanliness protocols are met What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience required (fitness memberships, wellness services, or hospitality preferred) * Excellent communication & relationship-building skills * Goal-oriented & self-motivated with a passion for helping people improve their health * Highly organized & detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities * Availability for weekends, early mornings & evenings Ready to grow with us?
