• Drive membership sales by engaging with potential clients and booking intro stretch sessions via phone, email and text
• Deliver best-in-class client service to current and prospective members
• Manage the front desk , greet clients, and provide a welcoming studio experience
• Conduct studio tours and educate visitors on the benefits of assisted stretching
• Drive monthly sales goals and follow up with leads and missed intro sessions to maximize conversions
• Participate in community events (health fairs, races, corporate wellness, etc) to build brand awareness
• Open and/or close the studio as a keyholder , ensuring all security and cleanliness protocols are met What We 're Looking For:
• Sales experience required (fitness memberships, wellness services, or hospitality preferred)
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented & self-motivated with a passion for helping people improve their health
• Highly organized & detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
