We are hiring energetic and friendly professionals to serve as Retail Sales Associates. The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling furniture, mattresses, and accessories through outstanding customer service in a fast-paced furniture Retail Sales environment. Sales experience is a plus, but No Sales Experience is necessary to apply! COMPENSATION: * Commission based with performance bonuses * Earnings of up to $120,00 or more * Paid Training * Company funded retirement benefits OUR COMPANY OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS, INCLUDING: * Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation Pay * Opportunity for advancement * Medical insurance * Free use of private gym * Employee purchase discounts of 35% or more * Fun, stable work environment KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist customers using the 5 Steps of Selling * Demonstrate and explain feature and benefits of furniture * Accurately entering information in the point-of-sale system * Handling customer purchase paperwork and tracking orders * Communicating with customer after the sale * Communicating effectively with other employees * Help to maintain a clean, orderly working environment * Other duties as assigned, essential or otherwise KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES * High school diploma or equivalent * Must have a CAN-DO attitude * Must be 18 years or older * Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience preferred * Basic computer skills * Ability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Strong organizational skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language * Bilingual a plus!ck shelves and merchandise displays as needed * Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer's experience * Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services * Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in wireless or electronics sales * Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills * Bilingual proficiency is a plus * Strong sales and upselling abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth.
