Part-Time Sales Lead Position Type: Part-Time Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Lead to join our Uncommon James team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and leading our sales team during peak hours. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail, has a keen eye for style, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals. * Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized shopping experiences. * Team Support: Assist in training and mentoring part-time sales associates. * Store Operations: Oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring it meets brand standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness. * Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, restocking, and product displays. * Problem Solving: Address any customer concerns or operational issues that arise during shifts. Requirements: * Weekend Availability: Must have 100% open availability on Saturdays and Sundays, as these are the primary workdays. (Enjoy one full weekend off per month!) * Flexible Scheduling: Able to work between 4-8 hour shifts, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week. * Hour Cap: Must not exceed 28 hours per week unless pre-approved in emergency situations. * Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred. * Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Leadership Qualities: A natural leader who can inspire and motivate others.
