Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services & Sales Representative. Client Services & Sales Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Responsibilities: * Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients * Process graphic design requests for clients by utilizing templates or creating custom pieces as directed by the client. * Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner * Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed * Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met * Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make recommendations to management Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Pass a background and credit check * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficient in Canva or Illustrator * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
