Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services & Sales Representative. Client Services & Sales Representatives are responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
• Process graphic design requests for clients by utilizing templates or creating custom pieces as directed by the client.
• Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make recommendations to management

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a background and credit check
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Canva or Illustrator
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
