Sales Associate/Product Specialist Are you looking for an exciting and fun career with one of Bay Area's best placed Honda Dealership located in Marin county? Our talented sales team will train and work with you to provide world class customer satisfaction. We provide onsite and online training to ensure your success. What you'll be working on: As a sales associate/Product Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to Honda leads via email, phone, and face-to-face communication. You will guide clients in vehicle selection, provide Honda factory and dealer trained product knowledge, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We will provide you a path for success: We have an in-house training team and a career path with opportunities for growth and advancement. * One-on-one support. * Incentives in our volume-based compensation plan What you need to bring to the table: * 1 year of relevant experience (Any Retail Sales) * Customer/Client enthusiasm for interaction * Excellent written & verbal communication * Tech-savvy- familiarity with email, and other basic smart phone and computer programs * Availability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays * You must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Salary: $36,000-$160,000/annually * Pay is based on applicable experience, attendance and skills. This compensation is commission based on individual sales performance.
