HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative W.B. Guimarin Mechanical Contractors is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to serve as or PM contract Sales Rep. for HVAC & Refrigeration maintenance & repair in the Charleston, SC area - commercial and industrial markets. You should have strong closing skills, be goal oriented, work without supervision and work well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding service and maintenance opportunities and converting those opportunities into real profitable business. You will be required to find profitable opportunities both within our existing customer base as well as by finding and developing business with new customers.
