DO YOU ENJOY HELPING PEOPLE GET ORGANIZED Are you a "people person?" Are you creative, with good communication skills and like helping people? Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy a flexible schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers. We are looking for people who have: * Great people skills. * Fun and outgoing personalities. * A creative side. * Reliable transportation. We offer the following: * Complete sales and designer training * No Cold Calling; pre-set appointments * Excellent marketing materials. * Great support from a team of managers. * Flexible schedule, full-time and part time employment opportunities available. * Ability to thrive in a full commission/bonus sales environment. Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month Preferred Skills: * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers. * Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently * Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. * Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills. * Outside sales experience.
