Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. * Utilize effective negotiation skills to close sales and upsell additional products or services. * Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate records of available stock. * Utilize automotive sales software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and process sales transactions. * Conduct follow-ups with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success. * Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings. Skills * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency in using automotive sales software for tracking and reporting purposes. * Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Knowledge of retail math to analyze sales data and performance metrics. * Experience in outside sales with a focus on building customer relationships. * Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Competence in inventory control practices to ensure accurate vehicle management.
