* We're looking for a driven and personable Retail Sales Qualifier to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key part in identifying quality leads, understanding their needs, and preparing them for consultation with our Closet Design Experts. Responsibilities * Engage inbound leads through phone, email, and chat to qualify their interest and readiness. * Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, space requirements, and timelines. * Educate prospects on our product offerings and process. * Schedule design consultations with our sales designers. * Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in the CRM system. * Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates. Requirements * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written. * A warm, confident, and professional phone presence. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred. * A genuine interest in helping customers improve their living spaces.
