• We're looking for a driven and personable Retail Sales Qualifier to join our sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key part in identifying quality leads, understanding their needs, and preparing them for consultation with our Closet Design Experts. Responsibilities

• Engage inbound leads through phone, email, and chat to qualify their interest and readiness.
• Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, space requirements, and timelines.
• Educate prospects on our product offerings and process.
• Schedule design consultations with our sales designers.
• Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written.
• A warm, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred.
• A genuine interest in helping customers improve their living spaces. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
