Job Description

Engel Realty Company is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Milton, FL. This position is responsible for leasing new and existing apartments to prospective residents. Essential Job Functions:

• Leads and manages leasing process from start to finish, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, working with residents, and assisting with any issues that arise.
• Creates and maintains a database of all prospective tenants.
• Works with residents to gather information about their living conditions and preferences, including any concerns or requests that may affect the lease agreement.
• Reviews all lease agreements in an unbiased manner before signing them.
• Assists in the preparation of all lease renewals and extensions.
• Provides excellent customer service to all constituents, including residents, vendors, and company employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
