Aleph America Corporation, a [please apply online] established for 20 years, affiliated with the China-based Aleph Group, is engaged in the sales of sensors and automotive parts,with an annual revenue of 14 million to 16 million USD. The Aleph Group has sales companies and manufacturing facilities in China, Japan, and Mexico. Aleph America Corporation serves as a sales company, primarily responsible for receiving shipments from various factories and reselling them to U.S.customers. We are seeking for the position of Sales Assisant, this position need not to expand business, but cooperate with inside and Sales Assisant from clients. We currently based in Reno, Nevada, will finish the move to Las Vegas before May 20th, I'll contact with candidates during this period. Responsibility: (1)Sales Order Entry: Non-automotive customers:Enter orders into the system according to customer orders and FC requirements,confirm shipping schedules. Automotive customers:Download orders from the SupplyOn system,schedule shipping plans(once a week). (2)Purchase Order Entry:Create purchase orders,send to suppliers;compile shipping schedules for internal related factories(monthly updates). (3)Purchasing Receipts:Receive and store goods in the system,issue sales invoices. (4)Sales Shipping:Prepare packing lists,invoices,package goods,arrange for shipping. (5)Account Reconciliation: Customer-side accounts receivable reconciliation. Supplier-side accounts payable reconciliation. Reconciliation of purchase and sales transportation costs. (6)Monthly inventory count.
