Full-time | Paid Training | Weekly Pay Stratax, Inc is expanding in the Boston metropolitan area! We are a marketing and sales company focused on building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results. We're currently seeking 3 -5 motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, entry-level position with paid training. Our Sales Representatives gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and customer service by representing our clients in leading retail locations. Responsibilities: * Interact with customers in top retail locations on behalf of our clients * Present current promotions and explain products/services * Provide professional and courteous customer service * Attend team meetings and training sessions * Track individual and team progress toward weekly goals * Help grow local brand awareness and generate new customer leads * Build long-term relationships with clients and customers Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges * Must be 18 years or older * Reliable transportation to travel to retail partner locations Benefits: * Weekly pay * Paid training provided * Opportunities for travel (optional, not required) * Leadership development and advancement opportunities * Networking events with professionals across the country Compensation: Compensation is discussed in detail during the interview process and may include a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.
