Responsibilities

include:

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional service and clear communication.
• Educate and consult seniors on their Medicare and health insurance choices.
• Contact prospective clients through outbound calling efforts.
• Stay positive, motivated, and goal-oriented in a sales-driven environment.
• Successfully complete the North Carolina Health & Life licensing course (company-supported).
• Work collaboratively with a team of high-performing agents focused on success. Pay &

Benefits

$17.50 hourly + Commissions. First year expected compensation is $50,000 to $66,000. Opportunity for 4 day work week, every week. Paid incentive trips each year (Aruba last year & Punta Cana this year). Career Growth with unlimited opportunity. Guaranteed Annual Raise Experience:
