Job Details: * Visit existing customers and bring new customers * Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. * Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. * Contact and maintain regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. * Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. * Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. * Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. * Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. * Answering incoming calls. * Backup the customer service rep at the front desk Requirement: * Minimum 2-year experience in Sales and customer service * High school diploma. * Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English * Word, Excel, PowerPoint are mandatory skills. * Must know how to operate computer and know how type in Keyboard.
