Knuckle Up is a fast growing boxing gym and 24 hour fitness center located in downtown Raleigh. We firmly believe everyone is already a fighter. Whether it's finances, depression, injury, illness, or obstacles towards goals: we are all fighting something. Knuckle Up is currently hiring for a full time sales and business development position. We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and self-driven sales person who can assist with marketing and memberships in addition to networking, attending events, and forming partnerships with schools and local businesses. Energy is very important and we are a very exciting and positive environment, which means we would love for someone with an outgoing personality! Responsibilities include: * Prospect leads through calling, texting, or emailing potential members, managing walk-ins, and scheduling and attending in-person networking at local businesses and community events * Cultivate partnerships with local businesses, apartment complexes, schools, and other organizations in and around downtown Raleigh * Maintain long-term clientele and grow the gym's membership base through sales, new member onboarding, and excellent customer service * Welcome visitors and members to the gym, answer phones, and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks as needed Experience in gym sales is not necessary, but must have prior sales experience. This is a commission based role with higher than market average compensation, growth opportunities, training, scheduling flexibility and a friendly work culture are awaiting the right person.
