Pay Range

: 100% commission-based. High performers earn 90k-120k+ in uncapped commissions. Outside Sales Representative

Duties

:

• Use company vehicle to meet with customers on pre-qualified, company-generated leads.
• Builds rapport with customers and determines their desired expectations.
• Perform in-home inspections, offer a customized solution, and consults with homeowners for desired outcome.
• Provides a completed proposal to the customer and follows up as needed.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfactions. Outside Sales Representative

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience.
• Pre-employment screening: Valid Drivers License and ability to meet the requirements of a Motor Vehicle Record and a Background check.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time (dependent on business needs)
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces. Company
