Property Management Open Interviews: * Tuesday, April 29th * _4:00 pm - 6:00 pm_ * Emerson Isles - 20 Simmonsville Rd Bluffton, SC 29910 Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment & property management firms in the country, is seeking skilled professionals to become members of our team. All positions are eligible for excellent pay and full benefits package including 401K matching! Multiple full time positions are available! AVAILABLE POSITIONS*: * Leasing & Marketing Consultant * Ability to sell & close the deal * Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality * Able to multitask effectively and problem solve * Driven, able to meet and exceed goals (we give you the training and tools you need to succeed, you bring the drive you need to excel in your role!) * 1-3 years' experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc * Assistant Community Manager * Achieving maximum occupancy * Minimizing delinquencies and collecting 100% rent each month * Motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed the goals * Developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns * Strategizing and executing successful resident retention strategies * Performing administrative tasks necessary to support all aspects of the office * Promoting opportunities within the company and assisting in building the team To Apply: Submit your resume!
