Responsibilities: What You 'll Do: * Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to expand our Home Health & Hospice services. * Build strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners. * Lead & support a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and motivation. * Track market trends & business opportunities to fuel growth. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while driving performance. * Use CRM software (Trella Health) to track and optimize sales performance. Qualifications: What We 're Looking For: * Bachelor 's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master 's preferred). * Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth. * Leadership & coaching experience with a results-oriented mindset. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to analyze market data & implement strategic initiatives. * Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
