Job Description Midwestern Pet Foods is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to work with a regional team to grow our pet food brands and brand awareness. A successful team member must have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and the determination to continually increase sales. The preferred location is the Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas area. Approximately 75% - 80% overnight travel. Candidate should reside in Omaha, NE area or Kansas City, KS area. Responsibilities: * Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives * Develop a thorough understanding of Midwestern Pet Foods products, market conditions, and retailer strategies to maximize sales * Build strong relationships and offer exceptional support to our retailers and customers * Develop and execute innovative/creative sales strategies * Manage company tools and resources effectively to deliver maximum results * Professional represent Midwestern Pet Foods and brands Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * 3+ years' experience sales, pet foods sales experience preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills * Positive attitude and team player * Strong analytical and project management skills * Computer/mobile technology proficient * Valid driver's license, presentable transportation and insurance * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Travel reimbursement * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Omaha, NE 68127 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Omaha, NE 68127: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
