Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, taking restaurant orders for pick-up and delivery, and addressing customer inquiries for catering and banquets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. At this time, we are looking for weekday and weekend nights. Shifts to begin after 5pm and end as late as midnight. Duties - Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner. - Provide accurate information regarding menu and services to customers. - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively. - Document all interactions with clients in the company database. - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. - Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services during calls. - Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and updates to provide accurate information. - Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved. Skills - Strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus. - Proficient in using office software and computer systems for data entry and documentation. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to empathize with customers. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Experience in sales or client services is preferred but not required. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
