Outside Sales Representative - B2B Sales Experience Preferred Company: Signworks (Full Service Sign Company Location: Midtown About Us: We are a well-established, full-service sign company located in the heart of Midtown. Specializing in custom interior and exterior signage, vehicle wraps, sign installation, and repair services, we pride ourselves on delivering high- quality solutions to meet our clients' needs. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team by adding a dynamic Outside Sales Representative. Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative , you will play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to businesses in the Memphis area with calls and visits to develop new leads, growing and nurturing a client base, and conducting on-site meetings for measurements and design suggestions. The right candidate may also play a role in seeking National business. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, be enthusiastic, and able to effectively assess client needs, determine budgets, and communicate product offerings to close sales. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Business Development: Make proactive outbound calls and site visits to generate new business opportunities. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Sales Cycle Management: Work with prospects to understand their needs, determine their budgets, and recommend the best signage solutions to meet their requirements. * On-Site Engagement: Meet with clients on-site for measurements, design discussions, and project evaluations. * Sales Closing: Drive sales to closure, ensuring customer needs are met while aligning product offerings with business objectives. Essential Experience and Skills: * B2B Sales Experience: A strong track record in B2B sales, or a passion for succeeding in a sales environment. Energetic and enthusiastic personalities will be successful. * Sales Systems Proficiency: Experience using a sales contact management system (e.g., Goldmine, CASper, Salesforce). * Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: The ideal candidate must be self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by success with a strong sense of urgency in generating sales. * Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to engage clients both over the phone and in person. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using various software tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales processes. * Autonomy & Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets.
