Lanoha is an industry leader with nearly 50 years serving our community. We are seeking career-minded individuals to join our team. Lanoha Nurseries is hiring for part time, full time, and seasonal Greenhouse Sales Associates to assist customers in the selection and education of plant material. If you love being outside, are interested in all things gardening, or are labeled a "green thumb," then this is for you! REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of plants, plant care and/or landscaping
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Communicate and work with other associates and customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Extremely well-organized
• Work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide superior and professional customer service by creating a friendly, welcoming environment
• Sales of our products and services
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Greenhouse
• Aid Outside Nursery Sales in receiving and stocking of inventory
• Assist in physical inventory counts
• Anticipate customer needs and willingly provide courteous assistance as necessary WHAT WE OFFER
