Job Summary:*Patient Consult/Implant Coordinator The treatment coordinator is a high energy, detailed oriented individual who can answer phones, scheduling, collecting/posting payments and log patient information. Duties/Responsibilities: * Present comprehensive plan to patients, address patient concerns and answer any questions * Process payments, assist with and help arrange 3rd party financing and payment plans * Track case acceptance, money collected and report daily/weekly * Track and follow up with all patients who have unscheduled treatment * Perform general office duties and other duties as required * Make appointment, referrals and accurately enters data into systems Required Skills/Abilities: * Proficient in Microsoft Suite or similar software's * Detail Oriented * Basic Understanding of clerical procedures such as recording keeping and filing * Ability to organize and prioritize work * _Education and Experience:_ * Previous clerical or front office experience Physical Requirements : * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
