Job Title: Sales Recruiter Location: Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin) Work Model: Onsite Base Salary: $70,000-$100,000/year + Commission What The Company Does: We help businesses get the money they need to grow. Job Overview: We are a growing sales-driven organization looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to help scale our entry-level sales teams. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring SDRs, BDRs, and other entry-level sales professionals who are hungry to succeed. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong networking skills, a keen eye for sales talent, and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
